I believe this passes no rules. Rule 5 is the only one where I’m not 100% but that’s my own fault for not building a more robustly worded rule with clauses to exclude certain circumstances.

Okay. So. As we all know I’m always very good at hosting the Rules Game and never need to make mid round alterations or clarifications. In retrospect Lankie’s post early today wouldn’t have passed rule 5 even if I was going to be mean. For the rest of the day my brain misinterpreted the restrictions actually in place on rule 5 without going to consult the written text of the rule and I might have given some incorrect implications.

To make up for being an absolute disaster at consistent judging here’s a list of every movie that has come out this year that I’ve seen (i.e. a list of movies the rules could be themed around):
